hafnutz67
I finally got around to changing out the wheels and tires on my wifes 20013 SXT. The wheels are 20x8.5 +34 Hyper Black SRT8 replicas by H--Performance Designs. The tires are Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 255/45R20. There are no issues with rubbing and I love the look. darrenm
Nice choice on wheels. How much it cost you? And how's the quality and finish? I found the same replica jeep str8 wheels at http://4wheelonline.com and I'm thinking of buying a set for my DJ.

hafnutz67
And on a sour note, the PTU went out and is not being covered under warranty due to the oversized wheels and tires to a tune of approximately $1,800. Ouch KnightRoller
jkeaton
Chance you take when modifying a vehicle from stock.
KnightRoller
I'm sorry but the oversize wheel argument is poppycock! The stock wheel/tire combo is 730mm height. The set he put on is 738. So 8mm is barely over a quarter inch. He used the same size at all four corners so there isnt a speed differential. This is nothing more than warranty looking for a way to blame the owner. Total crap.
