Totemus 81 Posted April 16, 2015 Report Share No. By the time I got the fogs I've mastered my well covers removal skills I removed the wheel that allowed more space to work on fogs. Fogs themselves are on 3 nuts, easy to unscrew and fool-proofed (you can' install them in a wrong way). I consider myself a dummy-mechanic, and it took about 1 hour of careful and slow un- and then in-stallation Morimotos are top quality and fit as OEM. However, LEDs don't need ballasts, so you will need to remove your HID harness. The only thing they need is either harness adaptor or tapping into the stock harness. I tapped into the stock harness , but that's no harm as you will not need stock output anyway. Those LEDs are way better than HID in fogs: focused light output, work with stock harness and will not burn/me;t your fog lamps (my HOD bulbs melted the housing). Nothing complicated, just take your time and enjoy the result Quote Link to comment
