2011mainmango 2 Posted April 14, 2011 Report Share the reason i said "actual r/t" was because this is the american version, i don't even know why they called the canadien version an r/t when it comes with chrome clad wheels. this actually has tighter suspension and a slightly lower ride. they should of just called the canadien "r/t" the crew or lux. http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/2011/02/chicago-2011-dodge-journey-rt-debuts.html Quote Link to comment

The Canadian R/T has the same painted aluminum 19s standard; chrome clads are a $500 option. Furthermore it is the only CDN Journey model that you can get the same sport suspension. And only the R/T has available AWD, in fact you cannot order a FWD R/T. If anything the CDN R/T (top trim level) is more true to the R/T heritage than the US R/T Journey which is in the middle trim/ price class, below Crew and Lux. And, also Bud - the R/T is NOT lowered, in fact it sits 0.2 inches higher Mainstreet or Crew - go to the link below and click on "Dimensions and Capacities" in the top left of the page: http://www.dodge.com/hostc/vsmc/vehicleSpecModels.do?modelYearCode=CUD201109 Quote Link to comment
