Go back to the dealer and get them to install the licence plate mounting bracket. I found mine in the "trunk" with the cargo net.

unfortunately they don't seem to do that with this dealer; I'll pay the $20 or so and pick one up myself.

What dealer did you buy from? I'm from Ottawa too and waiting for my Rallye to come in but won't be accepting delivering without the bracket.

I've also seen many Journeys around the city with the same bumper and bracket, I think yours is the first I've seen with this bumper and no bracket.

I've done some investigation and I think I figured it out, not the same dealership. Fingers crossed I'll get the bracket without forcing the dealer to hand it over.

Mine has bracket and its included in the window sticker for 100 bucks. I told my dealer to take it off coz we dont use it in saskatchewan for most plate are in the back but they didnt becuase according to them its on package! Well, i guess mine will stuck on compartment and wait for future use!
