The maximum pressure for my journey with 19 inch tires is (44Psi around 300kPa) so (282kPa = 41Psi) its fine for your tires, the best time to check your tire pressure is in the morning before use the car when the tires are cold.

PS my Journey has 225/55/19 Kumho Solus all season tires
