So I'm a service member and wanted to take my journey around the world with me, So in the United Kingdom, your park lights need to be white (US they are a dim amber), so I got these bulbs (Pic attached) and they work great when the car engine is off anyways. I had to put the resistor in for the turn signal (amber color) to avoid the "hyper flashing" and so everything works as it should, however when I power the car up, when park lights are off, I get the bulb giving me both amber and white for a turn signal (its suppose to alternate between the two colors if the park lights where on), and when the park lights are on, I get a slight flicker from the driver side one but not the passenger side one. If the white park lights are on, and I turn my signal on, it works the right way by going from amber to white to amber again. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe a relay with a capacitor?
