Bramfrank......thanks for the reply. I think that is what was replaced on two occasions......it seems more complex to me though., I wouldn't have thought that by turning the wheel,hard over it would fix it. (Although it is usually only a short fix). I feel it is probably an electrical problem, I am not a mechanic of course, but I don't see how a spring could re-attach itself and then connect again. Whatever the problem is, this seems to be a problem with a lot of Journeys and one would hope the company itself would look for a 'once and for all' fix and recall faulty vehicles. I do have extended warranty so it is not costing me cash-wise but my time is also very valuable to me and the warranty does run out next year. It would be nice to have a fully operational vehicle before then.
