Called UConnect, there was an update for my VIN. Downloaded it, installed it, still can't get it working. It gives me an error, "Error on Reflashing", then error code 0X11FF. Please touch screen. Software missing. Formatted USB stick, put the update on it again, and tried it again. It started installing the update. Touching Phone/Bluetooth menu doesn't do anything... can't get any further, so I can't pair the phone.

The manual says if we have the UConnect phone button on the steering wheel, then we have the option. We just can't seem to connect to it.

Sorry to just jump in like this, but with having an all-white all-leather interior on my 2013 R/T I just purchased, I was interested in knowing how to care for the leather. This post is a really good read. I am curious to know what kind of protection i should get for the leather? I really don't want to hve the leather start cracking. One of the things I fell in love with on this vehicle was the interior. I want to make sure it stays looking as good as it does now.

I honestly am not sure. I would assume that, with having the options on the screen, I would have handsfree. I even have Voice Activation on my steering wheel. How do i find out if I have the module? And is the module standard?

I did get it. Sorry. I was so excited, and have been so busy! My profile pic has the evening my wife and I picked it up and brought it home. Besides a couple of problems with the uconnect/iphone, we love it. White leather interior, 5 seater, tonnes of space! My older son is in Military college for summer training, but we pick him up this coming Friday when he graduates. We were upset that he wasn't there to help us pick the vehicle out, mainly because he turns 16 next year, so it will be the first vehicle he ever drives. But I am sure he will be happy with it. We do still need to get a hitch put on, but we don't need that until August, for when we go camping up north. we will be getting a hitch-mounted bike rack. I will post pictures later of the vehicle.

Well, when I go to the settings on my stereo, I tap on "Phone and Bluetooth", but it doesn't do anything. There is no option to give me a bluetooth code or anything to connect it to my phone. I know I can use the cord to the input jack to my phone, and I am currently using a USB stick with MP3s on it and it works fine. I was hoping for the hands free phone option as well as having the option for controlling from the stereo/steering wheel. Is there a way of finding out if I have a currrent version of Uconnect? Also, if you have your 4S running with it, may I ask what version iOS you are running?

Hi all. I am hoping someone can help me out. I just picked up my 2013 Dodge Journey R/T last night. The only problem I am having is that I can't seem to connect my iPhone 4S to bluetooth through the stereo. I have even tried connecting via USB from the console. It gives me an error saying (I believe) that it is unreadable. Both phones are running iOS 8.3. I don't know the version of uconnect because I don't know where to get the information from. If someone could help me out, that would be great! Thanks! Devin

Congrats KS. After reading your post, it gave me a lot of insight. My wife and I were test driving a few DJs recently, and came across a similar situation. The one we really liked and wanted to get had quite a few small problems with it. We decided to pass on it, but took a 2013 R/T out for a test drive that the dealer had just got a couple of days ago. A very smooth ride. We did the vehicle check, and it wasn't in any accidents or anything. We totally lucked out in going that day to test drive Journeys when we came across this one. My wife's cousin does the car detailing at the dealership we are purchasing it from, and she is working on it today. Chances are, we will be picking up the vehicle after work today! We can't wait!

Thanks all. And rolly, the height thing is going to be so true. I actually had Mopar high rates on my neon, so it was slammed right to the ground. Not only did it make the ride low, but it also made it very rough. This is going to feel like I'm driving a tank! We pick it up after work today, and my wife and I are super stoked!

Hi all! Obviously I'm new here. Posting because my wife and I will be picking up our new 2013 Dodge Journey R/T tomorrow! New to us anyway. I am a previous owner of a 1998 Dodge Neon. Car was in our family for 14 wonderful years! A little while after getting it, I joined neoncanada.com. I found the forums there to be super helpful, and the people really friendly! As the Neon has finally had it's last days, with almost 250,000 kms on it, we decided to stick to a Dodge. We didn't want a minivan, but with having 2 boys, we need the room for the family. We are so excited to get a new vehicle after over 14 years of having our current one, and I can promise you, I will be frequenting this site quite often! Hope to chat soon! Devin
