Which tire size should i use?

Hi guys, I got a 2009 Dodge Journey Sxt (FWD) and i want to change my rims from stock (225/65/17) Into (20inch rims with offset of +20) but my problem is i don't know which tire should i put is it (235/45/20) or (245/45/20). i'm afraid to buy a wrong tires.. Help please.. Tnx
