  1. 3.6 does not have a timing belt,easier to change the oil and was better on fuel than my 09 RT 3.5 I vote for the 3.6
  2. Why not go to a dealer any dealer maybe where you bought it from?? Another one hit wonder?
  3. A lot of people are going to very unhappy when the warranty runs out on these units, there is a definite defect. The other day on my 3rd replacement unit while using the "nav" feature the unit "froze" lost all nav,uconnect (phone),and ipod connection all I had was Sirius and radio It did not reset until I disconnected the battery for 10 mins I took pics of the display as it was crashing(ed)
  4. Maybe that connector was something that should not have been unplugged until the battery was disconnected ?
  5. Once there is no warranty I do not expect any help from Chrysler it was my fault for buying it and they wont care its the nature of the beast
  6. I was told by the dealership that for some strange reason the Journeys do have higher navigation issues I'm also sorry I paid extra for it otherwise it has been a great vehicle at almost 45000 miles
  7. I'm on my third unit a terrible waste of money, an option that should have been tested a little further before adding it. Wont be replacing it when the warranty runs out
  8. I think the temp has to be 40f or lower for the seats and wheel to activate if you have them set to "on"

  10. I dont think they have perfected the factory Nav in the Journey I'm on my 3rd replacement and a Garmin or Iphone wont cost you an arm and a leg like the factory Nav will if you have no warranty
  11. FYI the Dealer refunded my money after I talked to Chrysler Canada about the charges they said it shouldn't have been done
  12. But the updates didn't fix mine thats the joke about it-paid $118 to tell me its broken
  13. They had to apply the updates and thats what I was charged for even though it did nothing a joke I agree
  14. I also have the Gold plan and to pay the dealer to tell me it was broken and it was the 2nd unit
  15. They told me they were not properly torqued from the factory
  16. I get the odd random ding also
  17. Mine had to have the same repair at 1500 miles forgot about that
  18. Looks like it's turning out to be a useless expensive option not being fixed when the warranty expires
