I bought a Service Information CD for my 2010 Journey and till now have run it on Internet Explorer. Microsoft is retiring Explorer and suggest Edge or Google Chrome. I can get either to open the front page but when I click ENTER, I'm left with just a blank screen. Can anyone offer suggestion on how to get it to work on either Edge or Chrome. I'm not terribly computer literate so what ever suggestions there are need to be very detailed. Thanks!
