Are you sure it’s not the beep you get when a favorite song you selected comes on?

I had the same problem with LED lights. If you turn the car off and on again the halogens should come back on.

Pop off the push pins and pull the wheel well liner out. Then reach in and remove the screws on the assembly. There is nothing to it. Very simple to do. -

Did you install the fog lights and headlights yourself or did you have a shop do it? I know the fog lights are pretty straight forward. But I was wondering if the bumper has to be removed to gain accesss to the headlights?
