  1. There’s a post titled, “All Dodge Journey Part Numbers - 09-11”, that had links to illustrated parts lists. The links are now dead. It’d be swell if anyone saved them and is willing to share.
  2. This site is about dead Martin.
  3. S'il s'agit d'un fil endommagé ou cassé, envisagez de remplacer l'ensemble du fil. Le mien avait un mauvais fil d'interrupteur de fenêtre. Intermittent pendant un peu puis perte totale de fonction.
  4. “minor project balloon into a major overhaul” I used to tear into stuff with enthusiasm. Now I’m leaning toward short term leases.
  5. The Mexican Journey is the Chinese Trumpchi with a Dodge Badge on the grill. It may be a fine car but it’s a much different car. To me the old Journey was right sized. Roomy, good sight line without being too tall, big doors, long wheelbase. Good while it lasted.
  6. I’m thinking about changing this proactively. 13 years, 200+. Looks like an easy install on the 2.4.
  7. 211,000. It’s been demoted, rolls much less now.
  8. 211,000 miles. Second string now so the climb is slower. No major repairs. Evaporator is leaking. I’ll probably replace the heater core too while the dash is off. Been a good car.
  9. The car looks nice but the artificial sound is cheesy. It should sell okay for a couple years but it’s a car and people want SUV’s. I hear there’s a new Durango coming and a smaller rebadged Alfa ute. If either sell poorly Dodge may be done.
  10. I replaced the hazed originals with Chinese knockoffs from eBay. Halogen. About $100 USD each. Light pattern is good to my eye. Still clear after three years.
  11. 210,000 miles on my 2.4 Demoted to second car a couple years ago. I've seen similar to mine selling in the $4,000's. Thinking about selling it and riding a donkey until the market corrects.
  12. U.S. Dodge site shows 0% APR for 72 months on certain Durango models. May need an 850 credit score. Inventory search shows a 2021 SXT Plus AWD for $42,667. Could probably be had for $42,665.
  13. Where did you buy the car? Who is doing the work, dealership or independent? 2012 was a year some Pentastars had bad heads. Dodge extended the warranty to 10 years / 150,000 miles. If it was first sold and registered later in 2012 and if there is a record of Dodge replacing or repairing the head and if an indy shop hasn't scrapped the engine you may get some help from Dodge. Don't tell the dealership why you want a service/repair history. If you aren't past the 10 years and Dodge did a repair contact Dodge through the link at the bottom of their website.
  14. The 09 brochure I have doesn’t give detail. Someone may mention it in a review. Alex on Autos shoots long, detailed reviews. The Journey and Avenger used a lot of the same bits. I don’t know if AWD parts are shared. If yes the programming may be different. AllPar says of the Avenger AWD system, “The AWD set up was dubbed "electronically controlled coupling" and Chrysler claimed it was cheaper but more precise and easier to calibrate than viscous-coupling, Torsen®, or gerotor systems. The system activated automatically at times (including under full throttle, and between 25 and 65 mph) without needing wheel slippage. The AWD system had a rear drive bias at speeds over 25 mph and under high throttle to make handling more neutral.” https://www.allpar.com/threads/2008-2014-dodge-avenger-cars-cheap-comfortable-performance.228195/#post-1085222293
  15. BFG, Toyo, others make off-road tires in the size my Journey wears. Came across this van wearing KOs. Hmm.
  16. Katzkin. The sale price in the link isn't out of line for two colors, contrast stitching, embroidery. Unless it's just for the one seat. Have you had leather seats in a car?
  17. Why do you call yourself Deku?
