I’m getting this done tonight and will hold off on comments for a few days and later report on the week after too to let the readers here know how it works

Thanks for the support on this comment! Once I realized the convert was in the US format I simply added 20% and I'm good to go.

Good question. I am of the generation here in Canada that had the imperial scale 9just like the Brits used to) of measurement taught to us when I was in grade school. I still struggle a bit when someone say it's going to be a nice sunny warm day wit ha high of 29c. I respond with, that's great but how warm is it going to get??? LOL! - Yes I know how to convert but that's not the point . the Canadians know we used to use the imperial scalle and this is a Canadain sold Journey so it should convert back to imperial. We never used the USA scale for measuring a gallon of fuel. It must be another form of trying to Americanize us LOL!!!

Just got our 2010 SXT 2wd DJ a few weeks ago and learning lots about it. I don't understand why though when I change the display to Std (non Metric) it uses the USA measurements. after all it's a Canadian sold SUV...

Locally in Niagara it's about $1.30 per litre On a postive note, we had the DJ out for a 4 hour run and managed 9.1L/100 or 25.5MPG us Gallon or 31.5 mpg Cdn Gallon

Well folks, i just paid $15.00 for a downloadable version of the FSM for my 2010 Journey from the "TradeBit" online and it is not a user friendly manual. It have over 5500+ pages and no index I'm very disappointed even trying to search the PDF for common normal words like weatherstrip and it turns up only a few matches but has nothing much to do with weatherstrip of seals for the doors. The person who created this combined the owner operator manual along with the service manual and is is one big nonstop PDF. If you think this is a good thing to get and you don't mind searching endlessly for information then this will work for you. I asked for my money back right away but no answer since 8am this morning. I don't mind spending money on something but this is pretty darned useless. I should have simply gone and bought the paper manual for the $25.00 at the local auto parts store...

Hi Jasmine, I'm located in Canada. Would this make a difference in expediting the part??

Having just bought a new to us Journey with low Km's after a week the smoke stank started from the previous owner. the dealership was kind enough to not disclose that this was a smokers SUV which surprised me that a fire chief owned it! a bit of an oxymoron if you ask me... The dealer keeps spraying their candy smell into it but not addressing the real issue. The moment I turn on the heater it hits us like a brick to the face. I'm trying to get them to ionized the interior but it looks like I'm on my own for this one. A local business that specializes in this technique claims it will kill off all bacteria causing the stank... I'll post once it's done on how it works out.

Not trying to resurrect an old thread but the Journey I just bought has this same issue. The selling dealership is going to replace it but it's on back order right now. Sounds like a common issue.

Great to hear! I don't need this since i have the power seat already but is there a passenger seat upgrade as well?

New member here but experienced with AliExpress. they are good but be prepared to wait a while to receive your item(s) I admit that i have only bought LED strip lighting and other LED products on sale which is a huge discount in prices compared to our US or Canadian market. IE: 5m LED waterproof single colour light strip for $2.50cdn and little shipping costs. I bought 3 x 5m length rolls of white LED's with shipping for less than $20cdn shipped. Here is one added to give the eyelid effect on my 66 Polara convertible.

Successful BIG BRAKE upgrade on 2011 Crew
Mr. Fix it replied to FROGBOX's topic in Brake, Chassis & Suspension
Hi Frogbox, Thanks for this and i wasn't aware that this would even be possible since I've owned my 2010 DJ for only a few weeks now. I'll certainly keep this in mind if we find the brakes are undersized for the task at hand -
Hello Fellow Journey owners! I'm very happy to have found this forum about the Dodge Journey. My wife and I have been downsizing the fleet and replaced our daily drivers with a low mileage 2010 Journey SXT 2wd White Gold Clearcoat. It's a low mileage at 71,000km's 3.5V6 6 spd auto. I'm hoping to get up to speed on how these SUV's are making everyone happy or sad about ownership here & how to tackle anything that needs attention in the future. This one has a few mechanical challenges to sort out and I am hoping I have made a good choice on this one. We hope for many years of enjoyment to come. This is our 3rd Dodge in 5 years with the other 2 being classic 66 Polara convertible and a 1st year 1960 Dodge Dart Seneca.
