My 2013 Metra Dash Kit & Pioneer Head Unit installed
Storm1 replied to Storm1's topic in Photos & Videos
I haven't had any problems with it. I have changed the sub and amp and the camera to higher quality. I've also got accessory lights ran to both the front and back. Those are on a toggle switch. Went under the console for the wiring there. -
I had the factory 4.3 infotainment system with no Uconnect or bluetooth and when I was putting the aftermarket Metra dash kit and sub in, I searched for what the connections behind the factory unit were for. Didn't find too much, so if you are looking to upgrade, maybe the pictures I am including will help...

Dash kit was about $400, steering wheel control interface was $50. Head unit can be either a single or double din (up to you). Extras I needed were the amp wiring kit and I needed an rca video cable extension. I will post more pics tomorrow. I don't mind the lower climate controls, but I also don't use them much. -

It is compatible with both, plus uconnect. The Metra interface is pretty solid. And they also have an interface that allows you to keep your steering wheel controls. -
