    Armando, I live in Florida 2 years for a battery is good but yes the battery wouldn’t turn but would jump. Alternator check and is working well so we replaced the battery.

    Thank you all for your suggestions and comments. Taken to mechanic today may have been a switch blown ??? Because of the jump and disconnect of the battery. Still pending I’ll let you know the final outcome when I get the call.

    I have a 2017 Dodge Journey and changed the battery today now the displays are not working and the defrost won't turn off. Nothing will work
