I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT with a knocking 3.5 engine. I can pick up a 4.0 out of a 2008 Town and Country for a good price. I was wondering if anyone has ever swapped out a 4.0 in place of a 3.5 on a Journey. The only differences I see are the camshafts and the stroke. If no one has tried this I would still like to hear thoughts and ideas on this. I did see someone did a similar swap in a charger but no real info on performance or driveability issues.
