At what mileage did the compressor go out and intake runner valve? Is this a common issue? Also, please share any leads with a V6 with less than 40K miles for $11K OTD.

In the market for a 2014 Journey and I found one for $11K with 40K miles. It will be mainly used for city driving, family of four. It only has the 4 cylinder and I've read it's under powered, but I'm more concerned about reliability. Aside from the normal maintenance items, any issues at 50, 75, or 100k+ miles?
