Same codes. 2017,2004,0123,0113 not sure how to trigger a relearn. Only have held accelerator to floor with key on. That seems to trigger the ETC light to flash

I have a 2009 Journey with the 2.4L VVT. 125K miles. Got the dreaded Throttle Position Sensor and Runner Valve error codes. Car was going into limp mode. I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor, Pedal. Replaced the intake and runner activator. I am still getting the lightening bolt trouble and engine lights. Once the cars warms up if I remove the battery, wait 10min, reconnect and then hold the accelerator to the floor with key on the lightening bolt will go to flashing mode and the car enters limp. Lost at where to check next. Any suggestions? Perhaps I got a faulty throttle position sensor? The intake valves moved nice on the new Mopar intake I installed. Is there a process to get the PCM to refresh itself or something? Regards
