P1004 Code - Short Runner Valve Control Performance

I have Dodge of the Journey 2010 SXT 3.5L FWD. I have been getting engine light in some occasion and found that its P1004. I have read that there could be different reasons for this code but the most common is failure of Short Runner Valve Actuator. I am no mechanic but I would like to know where it is located and if I need to flash the system after installing this Actuator. Please help!
