I have the same problem, 90 degrees (hot for MI) here with car sitting in the sun, passenger side cold, driver side hot. Later in the day sitting in the shade the passenger side was cold and the far left drivers side vent was cold and the center driver side vent was hot. That night the AC worked fine. This has only happened twice, once last year and then couple of days ago. I'm thinking it's electrical but I have no idea what. Maybe if you had a way to cool down the car, to sed if the AC comes back. Don't think it's mechanical because all the controls work as they should. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What is the correct section?

Tried a T25 and a T30 no luck. It really doesn't look like a torx but my eye sight isn't what it use to be.

Looking for some basic help to identify a type of screw head. A scraping sound has developed at my steering column when turning the steering wheel, don't have any idea what it is but I want to remove the cover over the steering column. There are 3 screws holding a cover directly behind the steering wheel. I have been unable to determine what type of bit will remove the screws. Tried every thing I have with no luck. If anyone has some information or knows what type and size of bit is needed it would greatly appreciated.
