I had others all say what it is. I knew it wasn’t aftermarket because of the factory windshield tint goes around it

So I recently bought a 2019 Journey and when I was test driving it I noticed what I thought was part of a dash cam bracket attached to the windshield. I didn’t think much of it but now I realize it’s part of the car but is missing the cover or a part of it I don’t know. It’s to the passenger side of the rear view mirror at the top of the windshield. Any idea of what this is?
