  1. Don't recall, now, but it was a specialty shop - Romik bars with treads... in Burlington. Now you can get similar ones at dealers (my 2012 has Romik bars installed too)
  2. ebay - "dodge journey bumper protector"
  3. ... I would highly recommend it for anyone looking, it not only is highly functional but it adds a wee bit of definition in the lines on the back and looks great.
  4. Unfortunately the bumper has changed. I have both a 2010 and a 2012 R/T. Here is a page that has a picture of the rear on the 2012 http://blog.caranddriver.com/2011-dodge-journey-receives-face-lift-pentastar-v6-revised-interior/ - compare to the pic on ebay and you'll notice the bevel is much smaller and less pronounced (it does not sweep around the corner of the car) on the 2012. Sherwood has stated to me that their German manufacturer should be releasing an updated protector around the end of the summer (just in time for hockey bag season)...
  5. Looks like Autoxtreme is gone (web page not functional) but I'd imagine there will be others out there selling the same thing.
  6. Given the choice, go for the headrest install. The overhead screen seriously impedes your ability to see out the back window.
  7. You know what I wish is that the key receptacle was lit the way the coffee holders are - I fumble to get the fob into the socket constantly! s.foy it sounds like you got for your wife what I got for mine. We replaced a SWB Caravan with it and the storage in back when you remove the false floor is what sold us.
  8. Rear bumper protector is totally worth it. I ordered from autoxtreme.com. I'm in the GTA as well. See my gallery pics. http://www.dodgejourneyforum.com/index.php?app=gallery&module=user&user=2194&do=view_album&album=52
  9. Put it on the red R/T and it not only protects the bumper from repeated haulings of the hockey bags but also adds visual definition to the rear which I like. Once I've done one more mod I'll post up.
  10. Thanks. Would the factory install be like this or would they be drawing power for the camera closer to the reversing lights (ie in the rear door)? I know the instructions for the lockpick specifically want you to disconnect / reconnect right at the camera but if the power wire is already forward, why not try to repurpose it?
  11. In North America we have the emergency brake in pedal form for the left foot, no room for a dead pedal. (I think you Euros and Brits have the hand brake)
