Hot air blowing on one side when air conditioning is on

Hello, I am new to this forum. But I do have a concern with my Climate control. AC work great up front, but blows heat in the back. I didnt realize it until one day, my 2 year old kept saying he was too hot and was sweating up a storm. I checked the air and it was full blast heat on him. Seeking advise to repair.
