Heat and A/C are not working but fan is blowing

drewblue posted a topic in Maintenance & D.Y.I.

Have a 2013 Journey, Crew, and the heat as well as the AC haven't been working, but the fan is blowing air. I was stuck with this car by my ex and had been planning to get a new one until I had a medical issue over the summer and my savings wiped out. I am hoping that there might be something simple that I can check that might be the cause to the issue. If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
