Can you help with mine

Hi I know this thread is old but I would really appreciate any help, I’ve read every single thread and need assistance. i have a 2016 dodge journey sxt with the 4.3 screen 📺. me and my wife went to pick a part and found a dodge dart with a screen still attached, we ripped it out and found out the bracket to the dart was different and wouldn’t fit the journey so I opened it and took out the bracket. we found a broken dodge journey screen and removed that bracket and placed it in the screen from the dart and it fit perfect. so before I get lost we have a screen from a dart now with a journey bracket ready to go. we put the screen in without the knowledge of needing to change the radio so when we put the screen in it the bottom radio section with climate controls and cd ejector started flashing non stop until we unplugged the screen we got from the dart. so after removing the screen from dart we took apart the screen me being a tech head and went to get the broken dodge journey screen I took the bracket out of and opened that screen and took out the cpu motherboard and we tried again with the dart screen and the dodge journey motherboard and the A/C climate controls stopped flashing but we couldn’t get the screen to turn on so after reading these forums we learned we need to change the radio to work with the new screen. so we went back to pick n pull and found the journey we took the screen computer out of and pulled the radio with the SD card slot/ Nav out and now put the screen and radio together in the journey and now the issue we have is we can hear the screen when we try and press anything and the AC works it just won’t display anything on the screen. we figured it might be the screen so we brought a new screen from Amazon still using the motherboard from the journey and nothing. We can still hear the screen when we press and AC still works. have anyone had this problem. we have the rb5 radio p68210553AE and screen 8.4 inch 05064993AI any help is greatly appreciated and sorry if I’m all over the place. we ordered a RE2 and currently waiting for it to get here to try the non nav version due to our previous 4.3 not having that option. If I’m missing anything vital please be blunt and tell me thank you.
