Rear wipers and door locks not working

Did you ever find out the issue here? Our Dodge Journey is having the exact same issues ("quirks" as others would say). We've tried replacing batteries in the key fobs and replacing the fuses for the power locks and rear wiper but no difference. Was it wiring?
