Question: I have replaced that cooler fairly recently and around this time last year, the passenger side would only have heat on and would not allow any cold air. After having it run for a little, this code would then pop on. Do you think that it could the reason for the passenger to only have heat? The actuator doesn’t appear to be stuck or anything, so it’s confusing me a little bit
