  1. I just thought I would make a comment about the 2010 Bluetooth. While I realize the 2011 may be different, I don't know, but I have a fully loaded 2010 Journey R/T and my bluetooth works very well. In fact people tell me that it is clearer than me just talking into my Blackberry Storm. It also is very clear on the inside of the car when listening to someone. The VC works very well which is good because in this province it is a $250 ticket for using your cell phone while driving. Terry
  2. I have a loaded 2010 Journey R/T. It has the Mopar Towing Package on it. I still had to pay extra for the actual hitch which incidentally has a vertical receiver but works very well. I have towed my 17' tri hull boat several times and it works well. If you have any questions or need a photo, just ask. Terry
  3. Hard to believe a dealer would let a car go with 45 psi in the tires. Your car must ride so much better at 36psi in the tires. Terry
  4. I have a 2010 Journey R/T and it has a rear seat DVD. I can't imagine for the life of me why Dodge would not put this in 2011! Terry
  5. Sounds very interesting. Don't forget some photos!! :party2: Terry
  6. Old: New Regarding the fascias both front and rear, IMHO the older one is cleaner, the new one is more aggressive. I have a 2010 R/T so I am somewhat biased seeing as I have the old one. I do agree they should have something to set it apart from previous years. Only you can decide which is "Nicer" Terry
  7. Glad to hear that your Journey is now performing the way you expected. Your winter tires must have needed balancing, were defective or the rims were bent etc. Enjoy your car!!! Terry
  8. Hi Miles Welcome to the forum from Regina, although my 2010 Journey R/T was purchased 70 kilometers (45 miles) to the east in Indian Head, Saskatchewan. Mine is Stone White and has every option on it. Spring is finally here, although last night's sprinkling of snow seems to contradict that, it does help my another one of my passions, photography because everything is a pristine white. The Journey seems to be quite common around here too. Terry
  9. It's a very good and interesting idea, just curious as to how you are going to do it. do you mind sharing? Terry
  10. I agree this is not a Journey Key Fob, I have a 2010 R/T and my car has a remote start and it has an unlock and lock buttons along with a circle with x2 inside it on the right hand side of the fob. I don't think a remote hatch was an option on the 2009-2011 Journeys. I will post a photo if anyone needs it. Terry
  11. The gas mileage on these cars is not real great. You can click on the My Fuelly logo near the bottom of this post to see mine. It is all over the map. I think that I have had 33 fills or thereabouts, it has11,000 kms (6600 miles) on it. As you can see it varies a lot. Terry
  12. Hello from Regina,Saskatchewn. I've added to my fully loaded R/T, some chrome mirrors, chrome gas cover, chrome sill plates, hood air deflector and sunroof air deflector. Photo Terry
  13. Chris Up here we don't need a front plate, wish I had of got a plate holder and I would give it to you Terry
  14. This is just my opinion and as such take it or leave it. Personally I think getting a 2010 was much easier to order. Maybe it's because I have an R/T with every available option. I agree with SaskGuy in todays world the bluetooth should be standard. On another note where abouts are you SaskGuy? I am in Regina but my Jouney was bought in Indian Head. Terry
  15. Spotty I don't have this problem, and I am not doubting you. Where do you live? Is it a wet snow or more what I am used to, a drier fluffier snow? I live on the Canadian Prairies and we have had record amounts of snow here. Terry
  16. Just out of curiousity, Why would you want to do it? Terry
  17. I have a 2010 R/T with the Nav System etc and while I have never tried it with DVD's the music cd's start where they left off the last time the car was turned off. I don't experience the problem you have. You might want to have that checked out by your dealer. Terry
  18. I find my 2010 R/T's suspension to be very nice. I took it on a 3,000 mile trip through the Rockies to northern Vancouver Island the week I got it and I was very impressed. Terry
  19. Bill; In my case I only have the OEM Mopar hitch in my car, I can send you some pics tomorrow if that helps. When I bought my Journey it already had the trailer prep package on it, I sometimes haul my boat around so I put the trailer hitch on it. I will probably only use it maybe twice a year, but it's nice to have available. Hope this helps. Terry

    hello

Welcome to the Dodge Journey Forum, lots of great people and good knowledge here. Terry
  21. Thanks, I was just curious as I own a fully loaded R/T with every option available. Terry
  22. What is an Uptown? Just Curious as it is the second time today I have seen this. Terry
  23. You may or may not get a rude awakening when it comes to gas mileage. You can click "My Fuelly Logo" at the bottom of this post to see mine. As you can see I have a fully loaded up 2010 R/T and I have a best of 33 mpg (Imp.) to a low of close to 15 mpg (Imp.). While I don't "baby" my car, gas mileage is important to me. IMHO I don't think you can come very close to those EPA estimates on the sticker. Terry
