I have had almost two years of constant brake dust on my rims. To the point that they are now stained. No matter how often I clean them. My husband mentioned right off the bat that that wasn't right. They are too weak, or something. Not happy with the Journey.... I love the car, looks, accesories, size, not the ongoing troubles.

I have had my brake pads replaced at 11,000, and now I need pads, and rotors at 44,000... In 10 years of leasing 3 different minivans, I never had to replace the brake pads...what the hell? Do they make lousy brake pads so they wear faster and cost me money before I return it? Not happy at all!!!

I picked mine up last Wednesday! A day before it rained for two. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! We love the heated seats, remote start - remember to turn up heat controls the night before, so when you start it in the morning, it will be toasty. Haven't found much info on the touch screen, but am figuring it out. Connected my son's ipod today and had the sound system for him and his lacrosse team before games with HIS fave music. Everyone thought that was cool! Lots of interest from the passersby as well - wondering what it is and all are amazed at the space, the two screens - we got the DVD. The black is beautiful, not just a 'black', but a metallic, so you can see blue and green specks. Did I say I LOVE IT! I guess that's why this forum is slowing down...everyones orders are coming in and we're out driving! sorry to those who don't have theres yet

$436 plus tax on top? How long is the lease? Just curious, thanks, Angie

I don't think mine has them. SXT FWD, and I don't remember seeing them. I think I remember it as being a flat back seat. I will let you know though, as I'm picking it up Wednesday(?) 3 Sleeps! Oh, I just looked at all the pics....it looks as though the seats without hooks are leather...what do you think? Although I didn't get leather.... Angie

Really have your heart set on blue? We have seen a ton of silver, a white one - looks great, and ours is the first black one that I've seen and it looks fantastic with the deep tint windows.

You should come see my guy here in St. Catharines. He was awesome with us. They have a bunch coming in - not sure if blue. I ordered mine mid-March and it was here a week ago Tuesday. The $1000 deposit, is our down payment, I think withouth Friends and Family discount, it would have been around $500/month. Angie

Rob, Did someone say something about having the Vin number, you can use it to look at the Owner`s Manual online, I can`t seem to find the post, but have my vin, and drove it today, very nice! And it does say on the window sticker - Built for , and my name - kind of cool. Angie

I ordered mine mid-March, it was at the dealers last Tuesday! Oh, and my name is on the sticker, ha ha,,,,``Built Specially for - ME`` Took it for a drive today, loved it! Lots of oomph, too! Angie

OH my gosh you guys! I have been reading all your posts, and mine is sitting at the dealer waiting, and begging, for me to pick it up! I feel your pain completely! I had ordered it mid-March and they told me that they were hoping it would arrive by May, it was in last Tuesday, and I can't get it yet as I have a payment still due on my Freestar. We also had a 98 Windstar, an 01 Windstar, we have a f250, that my husband won't give up on, and he had a Toyota 4X4. Now that's weird! Haven't seen the commercial here in Canada, but was in Buffalo a couple of weekends ago and every other commercial was for the Journey! Will have to go 'visit' it again, and get the Vin so that I can find out more about it on the website (?). Excited for all of us, Angie

I ordered my SXT in March and was told they would hope to have it in by the time my old lease was up in May. It rolled off the truck last week, and I am, as well as my kids are quite excited. We travel alot, so for the kids we got the rear DVD as well. I can see it now, they will be sitting in it in the driveway watching a movie the first night its home, 'cause they can! I see alot of vehicles with tinted driver and passenger windows, is that something that can be done to the Journey? I love how dark the rear windows are but just wish the front ones were too. Will keep you posted.

What was the date that you got it? Was wondering if you ordered it, how long did it take to come in? That Cruiser is pretty cool! Thanks,

Just ordered an SXT FWD in black, and can't wait until May when it is supposed to be in. I do have a question to any new owners. Are the gas and brake pedals adjustable? I remember when test driving it, it seemed as if I couldn't rest my heel on the floor while depressing the gas, and really just assumed they were, however, I can't seem to find any info on the website. Thanks!

I have seen two on the road here in Ontario - Fonthill, and Whitby. Looked great - very distinctive. I have ordered one, and was told it probably won't be at the dealership till May.

I've ordered an SXT FWD in BLack and am sooo excited! Only 60 some odd sleeps I keep telling my kids - three boys. We do alot of travelling for rep hockey and lacrosse with usually just the two, so am hoping this will have enough room for overnight gear, and a hockey bag. Can't wait!
