I had mine at the dealership last week for them to look at the humming sound and also mentioned the rubbing noise when turning left....they told me something that baffles my mind. He said that it was normal and that there is "stopper" that is making the noise....not sure what a stopper is but it seems odd that there would be something there to make a noise when you turn left but turning right does nothing....I think they have no idea what it is and made something up....in my opinion.

I've noticed this as well....started about a month after having the journey. Took a trip on the weekend and it was driving me nuts....you could hear the humming over the radio. I will be calling the dealership today to book an appointment to have this looked at....and hoepfully they can resolve it quickly.

I bought a silver steel mettalic SXT and the next day at work...someone had the same color but the AWD....so there are 2 in the parking lot at my work. Other than that I have not seen any on the road where I am.

I'd be surprised if you got it in less than three weeks when most people have been waiting anywhere from 2 -3 months....but good luck and I will eat crow if you do get it in that amount of time.

Looks Like if you buy a journey on June 14th or 15th...and the person that has a baby the closed to march 8th, 2009 wins their dodge journey.

I checked my glovebox yesterday and the cable was there...haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Picked up mine on friday and we love it. The only thing that I noticed is in the back where you can remove the covering and have more storage the material is pretty cheap. I put the stroller in the back and it left some noticeable grooves in the material. I decided to purchase the molded cargo tray which is 59.99 and it will be in on tuesday. It will make it easier as well to clean any messes as I can just vaccuum the plastic or clean it with the hose by removing it from the journey. Other than that we love it. I didn't get the mygig that I wanted but I love the fact there are 6 discs and I can put all my mp3's on one disc right now and using the list button I can scroll down by artist. The only thing that I noticed is that as soon as you hit the artist it starts to play the first song in the directory.....I was hoping I could go down a level and then select the song....but I can deal with that.

I'm picking up my dodge journey tommorow night...I am really excited ...something to look forward to tommorow!

Thanks for the responses everyone....I decided to get one off the lot since the one I ordered would only be here in Sept. and we have a big trip to Nova Scotia planned in August. Didn't get the video 1 and MyGig(which I really wanted)...but I got the premium convenienve group, convenience group and the dealer threw in some aftermarket dual DVD players...so I guess I will just have to bring my IPOD with me for the next couple years!

I'm not sure how everyone else is suppose to receive their Journey's before Sept...because I just got a call from my dealer and he said the one I ordered won't be here till Sept. Said something about the rep told him they don't want any 2009's on the lot with the 2008...until Sept. So if I want the one I ordered I have to wait till Sept. Is anyone else getting this from their dealers?

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me if the Entertainment Group#2 has the DVD in the second row...for passenger viewing? Thanks

It's too bad it wasn't closer to where I am because I would probably be interested in the vehicle...and I was looking at a 2 year lease as welll...but it's about an 8 hour drive from where I am.

Did you end up cancelling the order for the one that you said will be here in July?
