    Merry Christmas

Have a Happy Merry Christmas and make sure its a safe New Year for all, every one do at least one good deed to help someone this next week as a way to help others in need
  2. lets see a picture of the problem have heard a few complain of it but havent seen a pic yet, dodge did have a problem yrs ago with the rear quarter panel wher it would sick out a little but my 2011 did that but they fixed it and no more problems, no problem with my 2014 crossroad with the front bumper
  3. great looking Shepard you have there
  4. would have been as easy for you to google your problems.any ways here is what i found in about 10 seconds p084a and p076a is to do with your trans, Malfunction Indicator Light On Change in shift quality Vehicle starts off in 2nd or 3rd gear (limp in mode) sensor or solenoid valve in trans probably bad. and the other 2 is showing a low coolant temp problem ... good luck
  5. hell all i did was click on the words underlined air intake sensor on his post and it took me to a picture of it installed on an intake and one of just the part...what more does he need ...lol
  6. i just had this problem with the upper rear control arm. the factory ones are NON adjustable i went with some aftermarket adjustable ones from precision manufacture, had them installed and they make the camber come back into specs. only 2 bolts hold them in looks fairly easy to do, but i let the alignment shop do it as it was bad weather when i found out the problem was. with the camber out you will wear the tires on the inside or outside of your rear tires and or cause cupping. so far no more problems with them there are different brands of these mine actually comes with grease fittings in them most of the other ones dont.
  7. my dodge truck would sometimes make a grinding noise if i was stopped and barley let off the brake pedal just enough to creep forward and they would make that grinding noise and would drive my wife crazy telling me to stop doing that....i loved it hmm wonder if thats why iv been married three times, oh well i digress. any ways i pulled my wheels and checked the pads and rotors never found nothing wrong so wasn't worried about them of the noise....loved making that noises.
  8. must be an issue as it happened to him once
  9. CV joints DONT make a noise when still still only when making a turn.if your noise is when you are sitting still but turning the wheel then it is something else. you mention tie rods 2 yrs old but what about the inner tie rods and a lot of other parts could be making the noise, any garage or tire shop would be able to pin point the problem for free hoping you let them do the work, take it to 2 -3 places and see what you find out.could even be slop in the steering gear since you didnt state yr of your journey and mileage on it....i actually had a truck making a noise similar like that after i was hit head on, and what it was that dodge had used huge rivets to hold the frame together and during the crash that one of the front ones loosened up enough to let the frame flex when under pressure from turning the wheels, they drilled it out and put in a large bolt never had no more problems from that....
  10. i only wash mine when it gets real bad, most of the time every few days i give it a quick wipe down with the micro towels and car detail spray between washes and wax ( which it is over do) of course i live in al so we have mostly great weather...
  11. crap happens, every once in a while i have that ,then be okay for a long time, now every so often when putting the car in rev screen will go black no video, next time i do try it it works, oh well crap happens....i have a max warranty but with a 100 ded so not worth it to have them check it out will just wait till something bad happens and it has to go into the shop then ill have it checked and also i checked the wires at the hatch back grommet didnt see no problem there...
  12. i actually found that quote in the forum listed under glass and lighting. that said i went and looked last night at my 2014 and could not see anything that might adjust the lights except there was a Phillips head screw in a bigger nut around the middle of the light about 5 inches down from the top.. just go by your local dealership they should be able to point out the adj points to you . good luck
  13. found this in the forum ......Turned out to be easier than I was hoping. The passenger light was still factory aimed, so it was a good reference point. When I parked it in my driveway, it lined up perfectly with a panel on the garage door. There is a 12mm bolt head on the back side of each headlight assembly. A 1/4" drive socket fits in perfectly.
  14. only adj i know is on the top side of the light , that looks light an electrical connector not an adj.to get them adj right take it to your local garage...
  15. its a car..... wash it when it needs and wax it when it needs it....

    Newbie

had a 2011 main street liked it so much but traded it in with 70 k on it, no problems with it, have a 2014 crossroad and have 82 k on it only problem so far was a oil sender unit go bad but covered under my warranty.....only thing with this journey it has been a rock magnet with the windshield had to have it replaced 2 times last year and already have a few chips in this one and where i live and or drive there are hardly no dirt roads ,all paved...
  17. first off the readings from the dash can be misleading only real way of tracking mpg is gallons of fuel vs mileage driven and short trip at highway speeds can make a big difference and also idling time while car is warming up. also they way your car is park for instance on a steep driveway overnight and them the tank pressure gets equalized over night, also some elevations on your drive to work might be more subtle than you know as mostly down hill on way to work and uphill the way home.if it was earlier in the yr could be the station switching over to winter grade of gas from summer gas.... so many possible reasons....or maybe the kids or other half got a little drag racing going on....
  18. no such thing as battery saver mode, the transmission has the limp home mode when there is a problem with the transmission...
  19. i believe the lift gate is aluminum like the hood
  20. i would have the new battery LOAD tested to make sure it is good. hope they tightened the cables down tight on the battery also. what do you mean the car was losing gear?
  21. look on you tube for journey heater core replacement easy fix from the drivers side,do it yourself or have the local garage do it a lot cheaper than the dealership...
