  1. yrs ago my brother who lives in michigan out in the country was going home, its on a dirt road so he is going real slow and about 1 block from his house a deer jumps right in front of his new truck takes out the grill and lights so he finally gets it back and within one week as he is going home at the same spot in the road that the last deer jumped in front of him the sides of the road are slight inclines on both sides so he is barley moving and a deer jumps out again only lands on top of his hood and also breaks the windshield and then scrambles off ok. his insurance shot up after that one alot........
  2. id stick to the manufacture mopar fluid so they cant say you voided your powertrain warranty
  3. where did you buy them .I just looked on tire rack looks like about 824. plus mounting . never have bought tires over the internet not to sure about it. was wondering did you have a problem as most places wont replace tires with a different size than what is listed from the dealer. first time with tires of this size makes them alot $$$$ lol
  4. no reason to go to the dealer if you dont want to my last fluid and filter change with my reg mech. was 125. i don't do flushes as i heard different stores so i just stick with the reg filter and fluid.. and to be honest it has been about 6 yrs ago when i had the last one done. i just called a dodge dealer and he said $199. and that was for a trans flush. so i asked about doing spark plugs and they quoted $289. for the 3.6 engine
  5. you will find about 21-23 about avg for combined driving depending on your driving style and 24-28 strictly interstate driving. mostly is what i see of about 19 in city but i live in a small town so i hardly ever see that #####
  6. my 2014 is better than my 2011 journey was about the gas . but like some others say i put the gas in as slow as i can and tilt the handle a little bit and when getting full if i want to top it off i pull the pump out almost to the little flap that you can see inside the opening and fill it some more but usually i don't do that as i have heard you can get flow back into the gas vapor recirculation system. my gauge will show a full tank more than my 2011 would....
  7. well i would have gone to the head guy and told him nicely that if they wanted my repeat sales and recommendations to my friends that they should do it for free and or refund the money to me or maybe he might offer you a free 2 yr oil change service on top of your first 4 free oil services that you will get instead of a refund. good luck and remember their are lots of dodge dealers that you can use...
  8. I would refill it several times and if you think something is wrong take it back to the dealer...Welcome to the group...
  9. i had the dealer that i purchased the journey from do the flash there was no charge and it was about 9 months after i bought it...
  10. try taking the hose and ends to a hydraulic shop to make you a new one.. worth the try and switch to synthetic fluid

  14. about 2 quarts maybee 3 if you are doing a flush
  15. this would work but you have to do it many times to flush out the lines, better to remove the return line if possible and slowly add as it drains... good luck

  19. yes all doors have some adj. possible as i worked at the van plant in st louis before retiring
  20. i would take it to a different dealer the next time it builds up so they can see the problem and tell them your past problem with it...
  21. make sure after they fix it that they also repaired the metal that was rubbing against each other or you will end up with some possible rust problems later on. happy trails
  22. both of my journeys rear seats 2011 and my current 2014 rear seats were hard to move from the outside but they moved a lot easier if i sat in one and then tried to move it.also i hardly ever move them so i really don't have a problem with them...I also agree with jkeaton.
