please report back on your repair for others to learn from i hear there is a special way to bleed the system since it involves the abs unit,, also you will have to have it enabled to work on your journey either the dealership or maybe the scanner you got if it will do it...Where are you getting your abs unit they are all backordered here in al?. of course mine is being taking care of under a warranty so thats why i am waiting on the OEM part
-
also even if you find an ABS off a junk journey or aftermarket one it will have to be coded for it to work on your journey by a dealership or someone that has a real good scanner that also removes the bad code in your journey correct code is C2200-49 internal fault is for a bad ABS unit
-
you need to have it scanned with a good quality scanner that works with abs codes, mine has thoes lights on with code C2200 i have been waiting 4 months for the dealership to get the abs module back in stock, they have been on backorder for over 8 months from what i have been told.... like i said you need a good scanner even the 140 scanner from harbor freight will tell you

If the battery is over 3 yrs old get it tested ,,,,, have it load tested to see if it is in good shape....no matter what you think if it is good or not get it tested as that is the easiest to check and cheapest usually free at most part stores,,,also it will involve some time and labor but if it checks out good then remove the cables and clean and tighten them before doing anything else.... 95 % of non start problems are from weak batteries that will run the radio show the lights work and the horn can work but not start the car..also checking all grounds on the frame and starter for corroded or semi loose connections will create on and off starting problems..LIKe i said simple and free things to do before going after expensive fixes by guessing

for what it worth they say to use a oem mopar part, up to you....report back on what you do and how it turns out?
-
good luck ...My experiences with water leaks on cars and roofs of houses is the leak IS NEVER where you think it is.....LOL one thing you could do is plug the plastic washer hose under the hood to see if it stops leaking back there,,thoes plastic washer lines are a piece of crap and could have froze and that can be the cause

Diagnostic code-P0562-system low voltage
2late4u replied to Hammer's topic in Electrical, Battery & Charging
HOW old is the battery, it needs to be charged but they say its good.......now days all new cars demand a strong battery as well a working alt to stayed charged,,hard to tell you what to do ,,but if the battery is over 3 yrs old I would replace it with the strongest correctly group sized battery, and then move on to having the alt checked out by a reputable garage -
i would check all the seams going around the lift gate area,,also check your rear wiper window sprayer to see if it is spraying good you might have a leak in the plastic line that feeds it from the washer reservoir under the hood? do you have a sun roof window? how bad is it dripping bad or just slight wetness? i believe the washer line is your problem

welcome to the group great idea on trans service and also has the plugs been changed out yet? 3.6 eng is due at 100k on them ,if the 2.4 the best bet is due them yourself and use the OEM cheap plug and also the coolant service is due as well, take care of it is always the best idea

Please report back on whatever you find to be your problem for others that might have this problem

interesting on your views on your journey problems,, i also have a 2014 crossroad 138 k on it and my problems to date are as follows, oil sender unit went out and covered under my extended warranty ( mopar max warranty)then later on started wearing my rear tires on the inside which was due to the upper rear control/ trailer links ( NON -adjustable) would have been covered under my warranty as well, but i had adjustable upper rear arms installed under my own dollar, then i had my back up camera going crazy like most folks have complained about here, and that was covered under my warranty as well , and then my thermostat went bad i replaced that myself as it was cheaper than my ded on my warranty ($100),and then brings me to my grand repair which i am still waiting on which will be covered as well by my warranty my ABS brake module went bad ( C 2200 code internal fault) and have been waiting about 3 months now with the lights on and no cruise control which i miss dearly, other than that has been a great vehicle, we just got back from our trip to biloxi ms from huntsville al avg 27 mpg on the way home so really cant complain,,,BIGGEST reason i believe on a cars repair would be miles driven and how hard or easy on it and the type of roads and weather in a northern climate with lost of sulsh and salt on the roads to a more mild climate as mine with maybe a snow or two during the winter, which might explain your wheel bearings and struts failures as well..also running 235 55 19 as well,,I kind of wish i had the 17 rims that i had on my 2011 journey,, a lot cheaper to replace and they seemed to last longer that the 19 inch do

13 Journey SE 195,000 rough idle, all lights flicker

agree with 5rebel9 comment we need more important info,, also get it down to a part store for the battery load check and also the alternator check as well...also you should have used the OEM plugs and for the 2.4 they are real cheap less than 415 as the OEM are what the manufacture found to work best,,,,I would bet you you need a NEW battery as that is very important for the journeys to run on -
2014 crossroad 138 K,,oil sender unit went bad covered under warranty, then thermostat not to long ago and ABS module went bad and still waiting on the part to come in (backordered supposed to be here 1/2023) will be covered under warranty if it ever comes in LOL

2late4u replied to wpginterceptor's topic in Electrical, Battery & Charging
my daughters old caravan kept would ruin her coil every few months and the mech kept replacing them under warranty till the lsat one and he happen to notice inside the plastic connector it was shorting out, but would only happen during different scenarios, he installed a new connector and that solved the problem i bet Locosite is onto something here ,,check all the wiring and connectors -

Journey 2.7 V6 Flexfuel oilpressure sensor location
2late4u replied to 68furyiii's topic in Engine & Transmission
as i said above it looks to be below the alternator and in a recessed location as well good luck also a dealership could show you the exact location as well -
the trans has a learning mode as well so it may take a while for it to get use to you, i found before shifting the gear selector its best to wait a few seconds before shifting but it does happen to a lot of journey owners so nothing to worry about
-
TPMS is for your tire pressure monitoring system it tells you a tire is low on air.. and no the battery is non replaceable, dont know if on the 2010 it tells you8 which tire in the info system thur the steering wheel.....the bumps you feel between r and f are actually kind of normal for this vehicle mine use to do it every so often many yrs ago but no more...and yes the horns seem to have a delay when you push on them

had to google the amount,,,R$5,000.00 = $ 294.U.S.

google would be your best bet...they have several videos on you tube but not on a journey BUT should be in the same general area under the alt.
