  1. sounds like the heater core as it is a 2 zone difference,,, divers /passenger side , since you said you changed it out not really sure what to tell you to do next i believe there are 3 blend doors what what i read drivers side /passenger side and then one really hard to get to in the middle of the dash,,,hopefully someone else will chime in soon with better thoughts on what to do the early yr journeys were bad to plug up the heater cores from the sand they used in casting the engine blocks, i would think about replacing the core again but thats is my only guess
  2. check out you tube for the wires breaking in the upper left corner in the rubber boot a know problem for the wires breaking there has been discussed here quite a bit search the forum for more info
  3. all journeys have a jack in the storage compartment or just pull the front end up on some higher ground and look under it as the compartment is right on the left side floor of the journey or go by your local garage and ask them to put it on a lift and have them check it out, most wold do it for free or a small charge depends on where you live i guess...probally a cable come loose or something caught up under it if it just started making the noise
  4. youtube would be the first place i would go to search for info on how to replace the camera lens, BUT just guessing i would say you will have to remove the lift gate hatch plastic inside and start there as it will have to be plugged in somewhere ... probally better for you to take it to your local dealership and let them do the repair instead of just replacing parts that you think might be bad or a local aftermarket car shop but they will probally try to sell you a new system
  5. have done what i suggested to the op above? since they didnt bother to report back not sure what they found to be the problem, please report back on what ypu find to be the problem for others that might have them happens to them.....
  6. could be the lens has come loose in the hatch ?
  7. doubt it as it's to easy to check the cabin filter
  8. when i found out mine was the abs brake module internal fault ,my step son used his harbor freight code reader cost him around $120 for it. he likes this unit fairly good............ +1More See how this BEATS the competition ZURICH ZR13s OBD2 Code Reader with ABS/SRS/FIXASSIST
  9. pull it and find out, BUT would be nice to find out if the lights would go off and if the cruise control would still work,,,,, also your cruise control wont work without the abs working correctly, i have been waiting on a oem ABS brake module has been around 2 months now and still not supposed to be in till jan 1 2023 if then ,,,i miss my cruise control the most............ P.S. mine is being covered under warranty if it ever comes reaches the dealership
  10. LOL sure,,,meanwhile i have been waiting 2 months or an ABS Brake module that is backordered that isn't supposed to be in till jan 2023 but i'll worry about a plastic seat shield that will just break again
  11. plenty of videos on it on youtube for journeys .mostly radiator replacement but you would have to do that before anyway and from there should be easy to figure out///////////2012 dodge journey radiator support frame replacement is what i typed into youtube......
  12. on all my older caravans had a green light that would shine down on the center cup holders you actually didnt see it shining down until it hit the cup holders i really liked that and also the interior lights by the eyeglass holder as well the little lights we have in the journey are not bright enough to be of any use.,................just went out and looked at my 2014 and no light there ..there is a small rectangle hole that was probally where the light was supposed to go...as always car manufacturers are always adding or subtracting a feature on their models to enhance or subtract to save $$$$....
  13. Welcome to the group, have never noticed the green light LOL
  14. it would depend on the age of the battery, all new cars have so many chips and electrical draws on them today, they need a good strong battery i replace mine every 3 yrs usually, i just dont like to get stranded,,,,,I am surprised the towing service didn't try to jump start it first before towing it????also be aware that only the power outlet in the front cubby hole is the only one that shuts the power draw off when the ign is off,,the other power outlets stay on and can run the battery down if you have something plugged into them
  15. so are you saying it started the other 3 times ,,sounds like a new battery is in your future,,if so MAKE sure you get the right group size battery if you can get it started take it to your local parts store and let them do a load check on the battery and also have them check the alt to see if it is putting out the correct charge
  16. was thinking the same....does it make the noise when in park??????????
  17. plugs on the 2.4 real easy to change every 30 k you can buy the oem plugs off amazon always use the oem copper plugs

  20. yes, that is normal, and it goes down right away if you noticed it,,hope you used the right oil filter and also didnt over tighten your oil cap as they are easy to crack the oil body
  21. this is NOT in my world of expertise BUT some will chime in soon with a lot of experience on this subject, crutchfield seems to be what some have went with depending on what you have already in your journey,,LOOK under the forum section for the info you are wanting it is all there,,,,,,,,Audio, Infotainment Navigation, MyGig, UConnect, etc.
  22. using your vin # at your local dealership would get you the correct ones or try an online mopar site or any salvage yard as well...if you need help you can call them as well.https://www.moparpartsoverstock.com/
