  1. no,same as all cars you have to remove the bolts holding on the pan
  2. are you sure you replaced the fob battery with the correct size and or brand?you are not giving enough info, does it work on the other doors or lift back okay?
  3. so what do you mean? will it unlock if you click the button on the remote as you walk up?
  4. have always heard thoes are great batteries never had one till we bought my wife's medical scooters and 1 of the batteries was an interstate brand they stayed god for about 3 yrs and i replaced them with some cheaper ones thur battery plus but they are not holding up as good they cost me about 160 for both of them they were a Duracell brand, and i just found a interstate company that has her size batteries in stock but they are about 220 for the 2 of them ,so as always you get what you pay for BUT when i have to get her some new batteries they will be the interstate brand
  5. have always thought we need a spot to click on to contact dodge cares ,i guess you could message them thur them somehow?
  6. my dodge truck would make that noise every so often not real loud ,didnt worry about it, have you had your brakes done lately, did they replace the rotors or turn them?its just the pads releasing from the rotors ever so lightly, depends on the pads as well of what quality they are...pads could be glazed up so many different things could cause it other than the noise dont worry about it other wise do a complete brake job with high quality parts...good luck
  7. even new cars can get a bad battery with a bad cell in it,like you say dealership time

using this size will show you doing 70 but will really be doing 71.no big deal . i have run this size since my first oem wore out would like to go to 255 50 19 but the tires are always more expensive there than the 235 size so that makes them just perfect for me

    Tire rub

no problem that is what i run on my 2014,
  10. bad plugs most likely they need to be changed at 30 k, bad gas, transmission going bad,so many different things can be wrong
  11. ^^^^ as above mentioned guessing can get expensive have it checked at the dealership and get a detailed report for a service diagnostic charged usually around $100 also once fixed make sure you do a trans-service of the fluid and filter, and a coolant flush and refill as you are due for them as well
  12. so i would say you wont owe the tank cleaning fee as well....keep us informed and good luck
  13. old oil or over due oil change does not make a car engine run bad, might be a weak fuel pump and the engine not getting enough fuel or plug up fuel line would be my guess, had a boat that the fuel line anti-siphon valve was stuck have way open. long summer before i finally found that, kept pulling fuel pumps and filters draining gas thinking i had water in it,changing filters and plugs. would run okay at idle but trying to go faster it would run like crap... what kind of plugs did you use OEM i hope?
  14. who is doing the programming and with what?great this fixed your problem.might want to go back and explain to the electric guy who couldn't fix it so he might know what to do for the next guy, he shold have know about this
  15. what was your problem and symptoms that the TIPM was able to fix?
  16. well i dont see no hazardous rags or clean up charges on there, as most shops charge for such things, and no gas doesn't necessarily clean everything clean it leaves a residue on parts.maybe they had to clean out the gas tank. did they charge you anything under the warranty? dont see where you owed anything so whats your problem.. good luck i think you will need it...
  17. guess thats how they make their $$, most dealerships repair shops are closed on sat and Sunday my dealership is open till 12 noon on sat.hope they get you going soon just an other reason i dont buy used yes you might save some $$ but used things are usually trouble
  18. just run by your local dealership they will be able to help you out in just a few moments or tell you if you have a problem
  19. wouldn't be surprised that such a clause does exist, and for the Peugeot merger, i hope it turns out better than the merger of equals did with Mercedes
  20. well not trying to stir the pot but 10 yr old mechanical part that breaks can be replaced no problem but 10 yr old software updates on electronics is a whole another story look at window updates they only go back so far.and my chrome laptop with google i just recently found out they have a 3-5 yr end of life updates as well. it still works okay but no more security updates for it.of course they dont tell you this when you buy it...
  21. so you buy a used journey at car max and buy their warranty and then blame dodge for not wanting to fix it? something is not right here sounds like your beef is with car max not dodge...raise some hell at car max,but unless it has less than 3 yr/36 k on dodge has no skin in the game...good luck might want to try some junk yards for a used tank
  22. sorry didnt mean to piss you off, that was just a suggestion?as i said i dont get into all this new fangled electronics.good luck on getting it fixed
