  1. go on FB and type there name in and leave a good review also on your home page as well. also you can leave a review on yelp in the yellow pages for others to see everyone takes the time to leave a bad review or complaint but not many take the time to brag on good service on their vehicles for others to see.
  2. first off check your carrier for how much weight it can hold, with 1000 lbs of passenger in the journey.make sure you are not overloading your basket with to much weight of the luggage i use a medical scooter carrier o the back of mine and it exceeds the hitch tong weight by about 20 lbs and havent never had any problems, sometimes with the basket can drag going into or out of driveway entrance due to the angle of the concrete has been contoured. you would be better to use a roof carrier for some of the luggage to distribute the weight better....probally less than 200 lbs for the luggage depends on your carrier weight limits. ( is it a class 3 or class 2 hitch)..you will be at the limits or over i would assume since you didnt tell us the weight of the luggage...good luck
  3. did they say what the price would have been if not covered, great news just turned 97 k on my 14 but i have the max warranty so i should be covered if bad lighting strikes
  4. did you do something different ? what was your problems or symptoms?need more info for other posters with maybe same problems.....
  5. good luck and have a safe journey,no pun intended....
  6. welcome to the group, yes we have heard some having problems with the coolant bottles
  7. could be the lock on the park lever, isn't there a override inside the center console to put the car into neutral,(it should show this trick in your car manual and if you dont have one it can be downloaded of the internet for free)and also could be the battery temperature sensor has gone bad that is on the end of the battery cable that connects to the battery, so many things it could be,throwing parts at it could cost you more than having it towed in toa qualified garage or dealership to find out what is wrong...good luck
  8. no,same as all cars you have to remove the bolts holding on the pan
  9. are you sure you replaced the fob battery with the correct size and or brand?you are not giving enough info, does it work on the other doors or lift back okay?
  10. so what do you mean? will it unlock if you click the button on the remote as you walk up?
  11. have always heard thoes are great batteries never had one till we bought my wife's medical scooters and 1 of the batteries was an interstate brand they stayed god for about 3 yrs and i replaced them with some cheaper ones thur battery plus but they are not holding up as good they cost me about 160 for both of them they were a Duracell brand, and i just found a interstate company that has her size batteries in stock but they are about 220 for the 2 of them ,so as always you get what you pay for BUT when i have to get her some new batteries they will be the interstate brand
  12. have always thought we need a spot to click on to contact dodge cares ,i guess you could message them thur them somehow?
  13. my dodge truck would make that noise every so often not real loud ,didnt worry about it, have you had your brakes done lately, did they replace the rotors or turn them?its just the pads releasing from the rotors ever so lightly, depends on the pads as well of what quality they are...pads could be glazed up so many different things could cause it other than the noise dont worry about it other wise do a complete brake job with high quality parts...good luck
  14. even new cars can get a bad battery with a bad cell in it,like you say dealership time

    Tire rub

using this size will show you doing 70 but will really be doing 71.no big deal . i have run this size since my first oem wore out would like to go to 255 50 19 but the tires are always more expensive there than the 235 size so that makes them just perfect for me

    Tire rub

no problem that is what i run on my 2014,
  17. bad plugs most likely they need to be changed at 30 k, bad gas, transmission going bad,so many different things can be wrong
  18. ^^^^ as above mentioned guessing can get expensive have it checked at the dealership and get a detailed report for a service diagnostic charged usually around $100 also once fixed make sure you do a trans-service of the fluid and filter, and a coolant flush and refill as you are due for them as well
  19. so i would say you wont owe the tank cleaning fee as well....keep us informed and good luck
  20. old oil or over due oil change does not make a car engine run bad, might be a weak fuel pump and the engine not getting enough fuel or plug up fuel line would be my guess, had a boat that the fuel line anti-siphon valve was stuck have way open. long summer before i finally found that, kept pulling fuel pumps and filters draining gas thinking i had water in it,changing filters and plugs. would run okay at idle but trying to go faster it would run like crap... what kind of plugs did you use OEM i hope?
