i dont believe they will be covered under the power-train warranty, dont let confuse you with the max life mopar warranty as they would be covered under that warranty as you have to pay extra for that warranty

check amazon for the adjustable upper rear control arms about $100 each, also any part store has them or can order them, had 2 of them installed on my 14 crossroad for the camber problem they work great

2012, 3.6 SXT which speed transmission 4 or 6 ?
2late4u replied to probak118's topic in Engine & Transmission
the biggest difference in trans service now days is the hook it up to a computer and going by the trans temp and other things determine how much fluid you will put in the dealership does have a tool you can buy about $25 from what iv heard and you can use your oil dipstick if you watch the you tube videos on how to measure and mark it to pre check where your fluid level is ...this would stop you from having to buy the dealership tool. i marked my oil stick with a small file just so i could keep an eye on the trans level, good luck and also use the proper atf fluid -

not to be rude but if you dont know if you have a 4 or 6 speed transmission just let the local garage or dealership do it, also check out you tube videos they have on how to do it and all the ways to check the fluid level -
i doubt they will be covered under the powertrain warranty as most of that warranty is for the inside parts of the powertrain but it will be so eay to just call your local dership this morning and ask about it.... .

.. if you qualify ,just contact your local dealership to see for sure...good luck
-
well your best bet is to get it into the dealership to have it checked out if you are thinking possible trans problem these 6 sd trans ARE expensive, good luck

the transmissions does have a learning period on your driving habits, and i have the fed version so cant respond on the awd version ,that said your driving experience should be smooth and trouble free, give it a bit more time and if it is still acting up then you could go by the dealership if you still have any power-train warranty left

with my 2011 they said the same thing it took about 1 yr before it started saying it would fit hell they all use the same parts

thanks redtomatoman ya iv already found a good blog on Facebook with everyone of the members have had some sort of knee injury, have been hearing some scary stories and some real encouraging ones. i always been a positive attitude person all my life, never been one to whine why me,but have to admit i have been thinking this whole week man if i had done something different or why me as i am the main person to help take care of the wife's back and hip problems and about 2 yrs ago she had total knee replacement that didnt go very good,so we are in kid of a bad predicament but the kids have been kicking in pretty good,as always they have their own lives and jobs. but ill toughen up and i am determined to beat this setback and get well, at 66 yrs old ( me) my dad was still outworking me till he turned about 80 he started slowing down but kept going till he was 82 he was a real workhorse... but EVERYBODY protect them knees as this a lot worse than a broken leg

thought id put this out there for everyone who thinks they are invincible or it wont happen to me....on july 2 while helping my step son remodel his bathroom we had to gut it and remove the floor to replace some floor joist had that all done and was getting ready to put down the sub floor had to add one more nailing joist and while Joey was cutting the wood for the floor i went in to nail in the piece of wood and just as i was ready to do it i thought oh i need my gloves to be safe and turned to get them in the other room and was stepping on the joist with my left foot and it slipped and i fell down straddling the joist and my right knee hit the joist on the way down. well long story short after the trip to the ER the official dig is a closed displaced transverse fracture of the right patella with damaged ligaments....in layman's term i broke the knee cap horizontally and tore the ligaments in half....this about as bad as it can get having surgery tomorrow and they say i will be in a cast from the cackle to hip for 4-6 weeks and then lots of painful rehab for the probally 3-6 months and then probably have to have surgery again to remove the wires the wrap around the knee cap and then more rehab. should make almost full recovery but they say probally never regain full strength to that leg and or knee with more possible problems with other stuff down the line....being diabetic 2 and 66 yrs old doesn't help...................BE CAREFUL OUT THERE

not sure if that is the R F module they are looking for, but with google most anything can be found and of course the dealership wont use aftermarket parts or search places like ebay without arguing with them. i once had seat cover for a caravan on order and after 2 years on back order it never did come in before i sold the van...LOL

sorry that is the way you respond to someone trying to help you... from 2011 till now not much has been changed on the journeys so different model yrs parts are interchangeable, good luck on your problem
-
you might be able to source that part thur the local scrap yards and auto salvage places if you dont want to wait on the new part google auto part yards for more info, hard to believe that it should be on that much of a back order on a vehicle 2012
-
long shot but the new battery could also be bad have them do a load test on it before continuing with this problem, check all the connections and the ground going from the starter
-
i would probably just go to a good brake service shop first and let them check it out first probably wouldn't be a charge if they just look at it,dealership is going to cost you at least a hundred just to check it out...good luck and report back when you find out what it is....
