  1. not sure if that is the R F module they are looking for, but with google most anything can be found and of course the dealership wont use aftermarket parts or search places like ebay without arguing with them. i once had seat cover for a caravan on order and after 2 years on back order it never did come in before i sold the van...LOL
  2. is this the part you need it is on ebay of course dealerships wont buy from ebay ask them for the part# they say is on back order then google it...... 3. sorry that is the way you respond to someone trying to help you... from 2011 till now not much has been changed on the journeys so different model yrs parts are interchangeable, good luck on your problem
  4. you might be able to source that part thur the local scrap yards and auto salvage places if you dont want to wait on the new part google auto part yards for more info, hard to believe that it should be on that much of a back order on a vehicle 2012
  5. well just the obvious, maybe the local transmission shop can help cheaper than the dealership
  6. long shot but the new battery could also be bad have them do a load test on it before continuing with this problem, check all the connections and the ground going from the starter
  7. i would probably just go to a good brake service shop first and let them check it out first probably wouldn't be a charge if they just look at it,dealership is going to cost you at least a hundred just to check it out...good luck and report back when you find out what it is....
  8. bought mine from battery and bulbs,, Duracell as well was going to buy from Sams but this store was closer, my daughter just bought a 3 yr full warranty interstate battery from Costco for her 4 door jeep cost her around $ 100 she said
  9. just turned 93 k on my 2014 i just had them change the plugs and do a coolant service on it ,cheap insurance as fluid for 5 yrs old and high miles just needs changing....have it done for your own piece of mind
  10. well I liked my 2011 so much after 70 k i replaced it.a 2014 crossroad and have about 93 k on it as of now, i even bought the lifetime max warranty from mopar so i can keep it going as long as i can
  11. bad thing is he is asking for advise after buying a cheap battery, just should have bought the best full 3 yr replacement battery instead, interstate batteries are good but $$$
  12. mine acts up every so often it will quit worrying last time it did i wiggled t he wires in that rubber boot and it started working again havent had time to i guess cut it open and check...
  13. LOL take it to a qualified transmission service place as YOU have something WRONG
  14. if any one really is worried about the condition of the trans oil but doesn't want to pay to have it serviced, just go too harbor freight or any parts store and buy you a oil pump (less than $10)then buy the required transmission oil and insert the hose down thur the dipstick tube for the trans and pump out one quart of oil and then replace with the new fluid, do this every oil change and it wont break the bank and is simple and takes less than 5 minutes, sure you are mixing new with old but at least you will be removing and adding new trans fluid i did this on my daughters caravan yrs ago as it had to many miles to do a complete trans service, as they say it might start slipping,, never had any problems with her trans and she used it on a mail route.
  15. sounds like you need to find a qualified transmission service place or dealership to check it out before serous problems happen good luck
  16. thats what happens when people post and then get it fixed and they never come back to post how it was fixed, seams like o heard some one saying this on Facebook but never heard back from them on what was the problem, i say take it back to the dealership and document your problem under warranty, you might want to check into a extended warranty just in case before your 3yr/36 k runs out www.chryslerwarrantydirect.com www.chryslerfactoryplans.com good luck
  17. depends where you live iv had both my 2011 had the 3 zone ( front and rear) loved it just my wife and i but i would turn the upper rear vents facing forward and it would help cool the back of my head, that said IF you live in a hot climate ( i live in al) or a real cold climate like Mich or Canada get the 3 zone for the passengers comfort and yours. i now have 2014 with just the dual didnt think of it before i bought it as it is a 5 seater instead of my old 7 seater, it is okay but on really hot days the journey is okay but would be a lot better with the 3 zone also the occasional passenger is a little uncomfortable for a bit till the front air makes it to them. long story short go for the 3 ZONE and you will be happier also the 3.6 eng but be warned with AWD you might have expensive repairs on the rear drive unit if it goes bad
  18. so why not take it back to the dealership you have a warranty
  19. not all connectors are used on every vehicle depends on what level of extras you have, base model vs r/t

  21. so was that the dealership or a transmission place that you had it fixed.....in case others want to know...
  22. had problems with my rear tires wearing on the inside as well,,, and it was the rear upper non-adj control arms that were bad i had aftermarket adjustable control arms installed and it solved the problem amazon has them for around 100 each and to install them is only 2 bolts each side but then you need a 4 wheel alignment done
  23. always thought if it went into limp mode it was more of a trans problem at least in my old caravan that is what happened when a sensor in the trans went
