  2. what an idiot you are Steve, do you need any cheese to go with your whine?????
  3. maybe dodge cares will chime in on this post, but i would GO to a different dealership have them pull up your work order on your transmission repair and demand that they do warranty work on it for the leak
  4. well you could have checked the fluid for color and and smell all you have to do is reach down and unscrew the cap off and use your oil dip stick after wiping it clean and push it down into the trans dip stick hole and remove to see the color and then smell it if you had wanted to,plus as i stated above plenty of you tube videos that tell you how to mark the oil dip stick to use to check your trans level..if you had been so worried about it or you could have bought the trans test stick from dodge if not sure you want to use the oil dip stick,,,but it is easier to complain about it after not worrying about checking it for 70 k...right...
  5. and that Honda will cost you about 10 k more also
  6. of course they will you have a 12 month warranty from any dodge dealership not sure if there is a mileage limit think they did away with that. and actually you got a great deal most places charger close to 5-6 k for the 6 speed and is usually a rebuilt one, yep only journeys have transmission problems ,other car manufacturer NEVER have transmission problems at all...good luck
  7. first off congrats on giving background info on the car and problem,a lot of poster dont give us any vech info, not sure on the abs question but have heard that there can be a restriction on the caliper rubber hose where the clamp that holds the hose builds up rust under the clamp and restricts the flow or pressure delivered to the caliper, might want to examine all for hoses to see if that might be an issue since its a 2010 and in the north where there is salt used a lot..good luck on the problem

Details can be found cheaper this is amazon i paid about $160 for both sides from quick lane they gave me a lifetime warranty on the parts as well
  12. see my above post yes your upper rear control arms are out of spec (camber) NON adjustable you can just replacing them with oem parts but do like i did with aftermarket adj ones way better
  13. i am getting close to 100 k and my local dealership quoted me plugs $89 for 6 plugs labor $210. coolant flush $179 and didnt quote me for a transmission service but my lat one that i did at 60 k was about $180 plus tax on all.... also.... yes the upper rear control arms are NON adjustable the lower ones are adj as is the whole front end is adj as well. i know this as my upper rear were bad and i had them replaced with aftermarket adj control arms about $80 for 2 plus install about $150 also 4 wheel alignment cost about $95. most places i bought a lifetime deal from quick lane (they are owned by ford dealers)cost me $172 every time i have my oil changed and tires rotated at 6 k i have the alignment checked USA prices and also i would skip the fuel induction service unless you are having problems , i run some chevron fuel inj cleaner thur my tank about 2 times a yr
  14. i did use my reg oil dipstick for measurement for the trans, gt the measurement off a you tube for marking it i simple file scrape on the stick marks the stick real easy, just make sure you clean the oil off first and replace the cap securely...

  17. well i had my 3.6 eng oil sensor go bad and the pressure Gage showing maxed out on high while i was on a trip ran fine but i called the local dealership about it and took it in to them they replaced it and said i could have drove it as the senor was just shorted out , he did say if it had showed no pressure instead of high pressure that would have been a different story, are you getting any stored code for the eng? hope you get it figured out and keep us informed on what you find out for other bloggers that might come up with the same problem...good luck
  18. other than that not sure of the problem.but check the wiring at the front of the door in the rubber boot could be a wiring problem there, i think there was a recall on that as well
  19. since you say you have the max care policy as jeakon nicely printed out for you your journey, should be covered as it is almost bumper to bumper. you are asking for answers most of us can only guess on,and you need to take it to the dealership to be fixed under your warranty and as far as oharefred i dont see where he was being irritated with your question but was trying to give you some help and wasn't sure what you were talking about with so little info supplied. you may want to take it to a different dealership in a different town or city if you dont feel comfortable with the one you have dealt with so far. good luck and keep us informed so the next person who might have the same problem might find it helpful
  20. just was reading an article about how cars are now being able to store your personal info if you use the voice connect and paired phones this was about Tesla cars but could be s[reading to other vehicles .... Many other cars download and store data from users, particularly information from paired cellphones, such as contact information. The practice is widespread enough that the US Federal Trade Commission has issued advisories to drivers warning them about pairing devices to rental cars, and urging them to learn how to wipe their cars’ systems clean before returning a rental or selling a car they owned....But GreenTheOnly and Theo noted that in Teslas, dashboard cameras and selfie cameras can record while the car is parked, even in your garage, and there is no way for an owner to know when they may be doing so. The cameras enable desirable features like “sentry mode.” They also enable wipers to “see” raindrops and switch on automatically, for example.
  21. by high end plugs i hope you meant mopar approved plugs as they know which plugs work best with their engines, after market plugs companies will advertise anything they want to sell you something
  22. well you still have the power train warranty that covers the inside of the engine and trans . that said it doesn't cover a lot of things that are added to the engine that is necessary for it to run. clean the injectors ,change the plugs is a great start. good luck
  23. pressure is normal, i use the 5-20 mopar approved 6395 grade i use a mopar filter( be sure you get the right filter for your yr there are 2 kinds) i change mine about 6k and i use syn oil i have a 2014 crossroad i dont hear no tick in mine.i have about 91 k on the clock
