  1. have heard when you have a engine light on or codes stored the cruise will not function
  2. hey full coverage and a dark road and a match
  3. i have a 2014 crossroad and changed the pads out at around 70 k and the oem still looked like they were at 50 percent good, was checking on my daughters jeep and her oem pads look great for the miles she has on them, evidently dodge and jeep are using top quality pads as of 2014 and newer also when i checked the parts dept at the dodge dealership they offer 2 brands of pads one is oem which is the most expensive and and other brand with a weird name which is a little cheaper. so if buying from the dealership be aware they are doing that...
  4. well no mention of the miles and weather the trans fluid has been changed or not, 100 k is the recommended time but my 2014 crossroad I had mine done around 65 k , just made sense as it is a hot and busy piece of metal with a lot of gears and such. have about 91 k on it now.. knock on wood......
  5. hate to say this BUT sometimes buying an older car can sometime be more expensive than buying a new one or at least one only a yr or 2 old
  6. vin # and call your local dealership easy to find out real quick.......
  7. dealers are allowed to charge different prices on their parts as well as labor, that is why you get a estimate before the work is started and also so you can check around at different dealerships i learned this years ago, also you could have got it done at your local garage using parts from part stores although usually not as good of quality parts as oem... and No you wont be able to get an adjustment, but hey its worth a try...good luck
  8. had my 2014 done at about 70k just thought it would be a good idea
  9. what an idiot you are Steve, do you need any cheese to go with your whine?????
  10. maybe dodge cares will chime in on this post, but i would GO to a different dealership have them pull up your work order on your transmission repair and demand that they do warranty work on it for the leak
  11. well you could have checked the fluid for color and and smell all you have to do is reach down and unscrew the cap off and use your oil dip stick after wiping it clean and push it down into the trans dip stick hole and remove to see the color and then smell it if you had wanted to,plus as i stated above plenty of you tube videos that tell you how to mark the oil dip stick to use to check your trans level..if you had been so worried about it or you could have bought the trans test stick from dodge if not sure you want to use the oil dip stick,,,but it is easier to complain about it after not worrying about checking it for 70 k...right...
  12. and that Honda will cost you about 10 k more also
  13. of course they will you have a 12 month warranty from any dodge dealership not sure if there is a mileage limit think they did away with that. and actually you got a great deal most places charger close to 5-6 k for the 6 speed and is usually a rebuilt one, yep only journeys have transmission problems ,other car manufacturer NEVER have transmission problems at all...good luck
  14. first off congrats on giving background info on the car and problem,a lot of poster dont give us any vech info, not sure on the abs question but have heard that there can be a restriction on the caliper rubber hose where the clamp that holds the hose builds up rust under the clamp and restricts the flow or pressure delivered to the caliper, might want to examine all for hoses to see if that might be an issue since its a 2010 and in the north where there is salt used a lot..good luck on the problem

  19. see my above post yes your upper rear control arms are out of spec (camber) NON adjustable you can just replacing them with oem parts but do like i did with aftermarket adj ones way better
  20. i am getting close to 100 k and my local dealership quoted me plugs $89 for 6 plugs labor $210. coolant flush $179 and didnt quote me for a transmission service but my lat one that i did at 60 k was about $180 plus tax on all.... also.... yes the upper rear control arms are NON adjustable the lower ones are adj as is the whole front end is adj as well. i know this as my upper rear were bad and i had them replaced with aftermarket adj control arms about $80 for 2 plus install about $150 also 4 wheel alignment cost about $95. most places i bought a lifetime deal from quick lane (they are owned by ford dealers)cost me $172 every time i have my oil changed and tires rotated at 6 k i have the alignment checked USA prices and also i would skip the fuel induction service unless you are having problems , i run some chevron fuel inj cleaner thur my tank about 2 times a yr
  21. i did use my reg oil dipstick for measurement for the trans, gt the measurement off a you tube for marking it i simple file scrape on the stick marks the stick real easy, just make sure you clean the oil off first and replace the cap securely...
