There are a lot great people in service but unfortunately
there are many who need a push in the right direction.

under the hood for 10-15 minutes , clean the connection reassemble and test
to see if reset of TIPM will fix it.
I use mine quite a bit in the city for gearing down and anticipating
signal changes (save the brakes) and almost 3 yrs now with no
problems - the ergonomics are just perfect for my needs.

are all essential to the uconnect system and need to be
swapped out.
Buy a standalone GPS with built in BT phone capabilities.
