  1. That's correct AWD needs to be flat bedded/lift with dolly wheels.
  2. Yes more or less - wife only passes thru to do laundry once a week. Radio room with big flat screen/computers etc.
  3. Well at todays exchange rate (cash rate) $38,000.00 CAN is approx. $27,300.00 US so I would say that's not a great price.
  4. Headrests/restraints are integral part of airbag system in the DJ so unless you are talking original OEM units you will be compromising the design/safety features.
  5. Couple of years old but here it is: Wes
  6. Yes it's on 24/7 unless you loose traction in a side slip fashion then the EVIC will indicate its actuation and the DJ will straighten right out. The button will disable it when desired but I personally have not found that need.
  7. Love the 3.6 lots of power and great gas economy if you drive like a sane person.
  8. Yowwser - I think the DJ faired better but by the looks of it they worked the way they are designed to in the situation.
  9. I asked about the brakes because It occurred to me that a wheel may be hanging up. A 02 sensor also sounds plausible.
  10. See if an auto service can open it with a jimmy strap. Once you get it open you will have to resolve it once and for all.
  11. Welcome to the forum. First time I have seen this posted. When were the brakes/rotors/pads last replaced?

  14. Just returned from 5 days of travel in southern Ontario Windsor and Wallaceburg with some local driving and the L/100km/mpg is still great after 4 yrs on the road. On the 401 expressway as low as 8.1L100km (29.0 US) filled up put it into Fuelly and this is what worked out to after the round trip.
  15. I have never seen it more than a few minutes fast because my right hand seat constantly checks it against her watch.
  16. Yes thank you , that's how the knowledge base grows.
  17. There are sensors located at the wheels so dust could play into your case. I would have it back to where you bought it as this is not normal behavior.
  18. Well did you have Sirius and have now lost signal? Have you tried disconnecting DJ battery at the negative jumper point? These cars are mainly computers interconnected to each other all under command from the TIPM and sometimes a reset is all that's needed.
  19. There is no Canadian "law", the only stipulation is that the seat must be secure insuring no movement whatsoever. Don't forget that with rear facing child seat the built in anchors are of little use so you must innovate.
  20. When I had rear facing for my granddaughters used an extra tether strap/belt that came with the car seat and looped it under the second row seat to secure it.
