I ordered a 2012 Dodge Journey R/T on 10-22-11. The printout of my order says that the interior has "leather trimmed seats; black / red". The press release for the 2012's that was sent out several weeks ago says that the 2012 R/T's have "black leather seats with red accent stitching". The 2012 Dodge fabric & wheel guide that was sent out this week says that the R/T seats are "strobe / seduso red cloth". I called my dealer to ask "which is it?"; they're calling their factory rep or the factory itself to get to the bottom of it... all my dealer knows is that "something ain't right". I know that the 2011 R/T's had black and red cloth seats, but I was under the impression that those had been discontinued (I wish I could get those seats). I was at another area dealership the other day, and the Journey's on the lot did have a fitted front bumper license plate mount for the 2011 models. I double checked with the parts department at the dealership that I ordered the car from and there is a front license plate mount part available. What isn't clear, is if I need to order it, or if it comes with the car upon delivery (perhaps in a bag in the trunk as other people here have said). The dealership speculated that it does come with it because the factory knows the license plate laws for the state that the car is being delivered to. We'll see... How did you get a 2012 Journey R/T so fast? I thought that the ordering banks just opened. Also, I can barely make out your small picture... does yours have a chrome grill? I just ordered my R/T on Saturday; chrome wheels weren't even an option.

I ordered a 2012 Dodge Journey R/T for my wife on 10-22-11. The dealer gave me a print out of the order, and said that I can track the build progress on a website. He's calling me to get me the details on how to do that. Does anybody here know the tracking website information (website address, what I need for the website, etc.)? Is there a front license plate bracket available for the 2012's? I was walking around the dealer lot this morning and noticed that several Dodge Journey's that had license plates screwed directly to the front bumper, and it looked like CRAP.
