I feel your pain. Just a few weeks ago, Some guy in a Nissan Backed into the side of it. He bent the fender a little and he scratched the bumper. We got that all fixed though

That seems like a lie to me. My 2012 dodge journey crew has heated seats. Either someone lied to you or they changed it for 2013

I think since you have the older dodge journey, you might have the smaller brakes and they have the part number for bigger ones?

And I thought I did damage after i scratched the bumper backing into a parking spot. But I feel your pain, My old durango got backed into and I was Very very upset

There is a small cloth loop. you pull that and the cup holder comes down. Its in the middle seat.

I have the brochure for the 2013 upgrades. They are a heated steering wheel on the crew and above,the 2.4 is now standard on the sxt and then there are more interior enhancements in crew and above.

Mcgusto my theory is this: She had her car in manual mode which caused her not being able to put the car in neutral. The kia sorento has a diffrint shit pattern unlike the journey. If she was quite stressed out, she'd probably not think of that. This is just my theory.

Its not that their bad. Its how they deal with you. I had a dent and i went to them so they can fix it they said drop it off and tommorow youl'l have it done. the next day...... "um yea we dont have your colour ready come this afternoon". They had it fixed that afternooon but they told me in the morning. But they do have a nice showroom. In face i got my car from there.

Mine too was off in psi the first day it started beeping. but the dealer was rust proofing it the day after so they fixed it :D
