Hi , im from Australia and have purchased a 2012 Journey SXT V6 and have the 4.3 uconnect sound problem, have been told by the dealer they cannot get the cd update from chrysler australia. Dont know if this is bullshit or what. Does anyone know, or can get the cd update for me. All i want is the max volume fix and climate control fix. I hope someone is able to help me, it would be great. Thanks
