We had the same experience here and the tax payers had to foot the bill for the cleanup after the manufacturer left. The worst part was the workers suffering occupational disease from the exposures.
I can remember the time when salespeople (not just cars) were knowledgeable, professional and people oriented. Unfortunately it's been turned into a high pressure job instead of a profession. Too many don't know the product and the customers have done their homework before stepping into the dealership and aren't easily fooled. That's why this and other forums are so important. I joined this site months before we bought our Journey and thanks to the folks here, I had a lot of my concerns addressed. I knew what I wanted and I was fortunate enough to find a salesperson and a good dealership which made my purchasing experience worthwhile. The bad apples make it tough on the good ones. Consider how helpful Journeyman 425 has been to everyone on this forum. He works at a dealership and I'm sure he's not the only good apple at the dealers. I've had bad service on occasion but for the most part I have been treated well, so don't let a few bad experiences leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Here's the website for the program on Canadian Broadcasting Corporation - It's called Paws For Concern.
The harnesses aren't to keep the dogs from jumping around the vehicle, it's to keep them from protected in case of a collision. One of the folks on the program was a firefighter who witnessed a lot of accident scenes that dogs were thrown against the front seats and through windshields, which convinced him of the need for restraints. After watching videos of the crash tests he and the other people who participated were shocked at the results of a 45 kilometer an hour impact. The crash test dog weighed 68 lbs and was a virtual missile.
Dee welcome to the forum. I like the way you jumped in. I watched a TV program last night investigating dog harnesses for vehicles and only one out of 17 harnesses didn't break. One suggestion you could make is to have them offer a special built in pet harness as an option.
No skips or hiccups. It's FAT 32 and nothing special for the SD card. I tried to select by genre, but it doesn't work. It also shows the album cover but it's rather small. You're right on the money as to the structure of the file- artist in main folder. It's amazing the number of songs that you can put on the SD cards. I just did a simple download and that was it.
Are these the original tires? When was the last time you had an alignment or tire rotation? Don't guess, take it in and have it checked, It could be something simple.
Hi Red,
I use an SD card and the voice command allows you to search by artist, song or album. I never tried it by genre, but I don't see why it wouldn't. If I think of it, I'll give it a try alter today and let you know.
Warranty will cover the adjustment, repair or replacement of any factory-installed part except tires for three years or 60,000 kilometres, according to the warranty disc I received.
