  1. I don't know how tight the fit is, but can you use a lubricant on it? Low heat from a hair drier on the collar and then liquid soap with steady even pressure might do the trick.
  2. Congratulations and welcome to the forum!
  3. That has been my experience and that's only fair. The dealers have a business to run and need to pay the techs to do the work and I wouldn't work for nothing either.
  4. Congratulations and welcome to the forum. A lot of great members here to share their experience and ideas and offer their help. you made a wise choice. I've had my Journey since December 2012 and it still impresses me. It's a fantastic drive, especially cruising the highway on long trips!
  5. Hi Kenny, welcome to the forum. Here in Canada and in the U.S. we have a representative from Dodge who give forum members assistance on a regular basis. I'm not sure if they have a counterpart in Europe but hopefully they could help. Good luck.
  6. Congratulations and welcome to the forum Adam and Justinwlmnc! Enjoy your Journeys!!!!!
  7. I agree with bigtsr and 2late4u about seeking assistance from another dealer. Some dealers understand what the benefits of good customer service is, but others not so much. You could also call the customer care centre and explain your problem. The U.S number is 800-423-6343 and the Canadian number is 800-465-2001. Good luck!
  8. Welcome to the forum. Good of you to show patience for the service people. I'm sure the Tech will appreciate it. You're going to like the back up camera and wonder how you ever got along without it, I know I do.

  10. Congrats and welcome to the forum. Watch out for a heavy foot driving in the city. You'll get better mileage as the engine breaks in. I noticed a big improvement between 7,000-8,000 kilometres or 5,000+ miles. You're going to love it cruising on the highway! Enjoy!!
  11. Welcome to the forum. Love that Charger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  18. Welcome to the forum. We're fortunate here in Canada because it's automatic because of legislation. I'm very surprised that this isn't universally required.
