  1. Maybe your Journey was cursed. At least you can start over. We had a 1983 Plymouth Horizon that I swear people used for target practice. It spent more time in the body shop than on the road. Finally got fed up and got rid of it. Good luck with your new ride!!!
  2. Be safe on your trip, we have a bad storm heading our way. Freezing rain, snow and who knows what in the Toronto area.
  3. The model change is usually in early summer. Our 2013 Journey was ordered on September 10, 2012 and delivered December 10, 2012. The 2014 Journeys would be built in July and August to prepare for the showrooms and allow the dealers to sell off the previous model year.
  4. Welcome to the forum from Canada!
  5. A few forum members use the Fuelly website to calculate our fuel consumption. I find it easy to use. Check it out at www.fuelly.com You can also see what other Journey owners are experiencing.
  6. Happy to hear your wife is alright. Congratulations on your new Journey. Some people will do anything to get a new Journey Lol!
  7. Man talk about Christmas spirit. Great offer!!!! This is a great forum.
  8. I'll make a prediction. You're going to look for any reason to drive it. You'll sit in it in your driveway because it's so comfortable and learn how to operate all the gadgets and your wife will wonder where you are! Enjoy!
  9. I've got to get my eyes examined, I thought it was Evil Notifications Lol!

Congratulations and welcome to the forum!!!
  11. I noticed you're a first time poster. Welcome to the forum!!!!
  12. 2late4you is absolutely right. I gave up worrying about it after my road trip this year. Not as big an issue in the winter anyway as I don't let my tank get below 1/4 in the cold weather. I echo your wishes for a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.and stay safe if you're traveling.
  13. Hi Matt, There's a ton here in Windsor, but I was in Winnipeg visiting family earlier this year and didn't see many. A lot of Canadian members on here though. Maybe the B.C.members are spending so much time reading the forum posts they don't have time to drive LOL!
  14. You could try this as another forum member posted in another section : 1. Pull the window switch up to close the window completely and continue to hold the switch up for an additional two seconds after the window is closed. 2. Push the window switch down firmly to the second detent to open the window completely and continue to hold the switch down for an additional two seconds after the window is fully open."
  15. I noticed the same thing on our trip. I saw more in California than any other state though.
