Dave uses Downey fabric softener, so if you had run them through the washer and used Bounce it might not have busted. -

Nice wheels, glad it worked out for you. How's your wife doing? I wanted the Pearl White but my wife wanted the Copperhead because she wanted something different. The irony is that a month later they were everywhere. The Copperhead really pops when it's clean. Love the colour.

Congratulations on your pending retirement. We love our DJ as well. We had our radio replaced 2 months into ownership and only regular maintenance in 2 1/2 years since. Still can't believe how quiet and smooth it rides.

Is it possible someone swapped them out recently? I can't believe this was still on the rim after all this time through tire rotations, brake service etc. and just got noticed. One rim maybe, but both put on together as a set? Why now?
